RETURNS

Step 1: send us a message
Email us at skattsndo@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address.
Step 2: pack it up
Pop the outfit back in its bag, unworn and with the tags on. Any sturdy envelope will do.
Step 3: post it back
Send it to the address we give you and keep your proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Step 4: get your refund
Once it reaches us we'll check it and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
